Our History & Vision
Founded in 1990 by Managing Director Frank Dwyer, Dwyer Engineering Services Limited delivers groundworks, civil engineering, and infrastructure solutions across Kent and the South East.
Leadership & Expertise
- Frank Dwyer (Managing Director): A Chartered Civil Engineer with over 34 years of industry experience, Frank has managed major projects for leading regional and national building contractors. His expertise spans complete foundation packages, drainage systems, roadworks, and extensive hard and soft landscaping across private and social housing sectors.
- William Gooding (Project Manager): Joining in 2016 to oversee planning and development, William brings 23 years of experience with major national housebuilders. He manages projects from initial land acquisition through to completion across timber-frame constructions, traditional-build apartments, and developments ranging from 10 to 400 units.

- Subcontracting & Infrastructure: Partnering with prominent contractors and developers to deliver groundworks, civil infrastructure, and external works for major residential and commercial schemes.
